I offer guitar & bass lessons for all levels and ages, covering multiple aspects of music theory, and basic to advanced playing techniques. A working knowledge of music theory principles is essential to excel at the guitar, or any instrument for that matter. I teach a very much theory-based method that is dependent on the student's skill level and goals. Student will learn chords and chord construction, scales and chord-scale relationships, soloing and improvisation, all in a guitar-specific context. I believe I can quickly progress your playing abilities and get you where you want to be. Studying the interrelations and construction of scales and chords, and being able to use that understanding on the fly can elevate your playing abilities tremendously. Most importantly, it's all about having fun!
